    We are aware that some orders shipped with USPS prior to 25 March 2026 may display missing or incorrect tracking information on the USPS portal.

    • Tracking status within the Depop app remains accurate

    • Auto-cancellation is not affected and continue to operate as expected.

    • Payouts are not affected and continue to operate as expected.

    In collaboration with our third-party shipping providers, we have implemented a fix, and this issue should not affect orders shipped from 26 March onwards.
